Returns and refunds
If you are not completely happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us or exchange within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you are entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the returns process is complete.
The price of the returned product will be reimbursed using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. You will receive your reimbursement within 3 to 7 business days.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Damages and issues
Make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
